These magical mermaids were painted on tissue paper, while the fluid abstract artwork dried on the canvas. Then I carefully added the painted mermaids to the canvas and went over it with another layer of fluid paint. When it dried, it was interesting to see the texture from the mermaids. I hope these mermaids bring your home joy, peace, and tranquility.

Welcome to my shop! My artwork is inspired by nature and animals. I love experimenting with a variety of techniques, mediums, and themes. I like to keep my artwork creatively free without rigid planning. This shop will have smaller pieces of artwork and experimental works. I hope you enjoy them!

How it’s Made
I used turquoise, lavender, metallic blue inks for layers of transparency when I was creating the abstract water background. Then sketched the mermaids on tissue paper, painted them, used medium to adhere it to the surface. Lastly, I poured over the whole painting with fluid paint to complete the painting.
